It's hard work, but it is as much fun as it looks. Mommy makes a nice smooth layer on the table and I jump up and see how fast I can bunch it up. Sometimes I bite the bright pieces too. This lamb design was particularly tasty.
![]() I love these open steppy things with carpet on them. I can sit here and bat at my peeps. And when I get really excited I can run around them, hanging by my claws from the underside. Shoe boxes make great toys - especially if they have some sheets of tissue paper inside. Molly-Cool spent hours jumping in and out of the box, flipped it onto its side, and played hide-and-seek with her Himalayan and Russian Blue sisters. A recycled toy worth hours of fun.
I don't like it. At least not yet anyway. Maybe when the weather warms up and I can get some fresh leaves I might like it better.

About Molly-CoolMolly-Cool is a calico babe who was abandoned on a road in the middle of nowhere in August 2012. Mewing piteously in 100+ degree heat, she was picked up by a kind man whose wife knew her Mommy. She was only 3 weeks old and the vet didn't think she'd make it because she wouldn't drink kitten milk supplements. She napped on a laptop to keep warm, licked a little Greek lemon yogurt from her Mommy's finger and guzzled a special nutrition paste from a tube like there was no tomorrow. After a few tense days in a house full of big cats, Mimi, a tiny Himalyan beauty, became her protector, teacher and constant companion. Named Molly because she was "unsinkable," she remade herself into Molly-Cool through her antics and spunky personality quirks. She's now top diva in a house with 3 other lady cats. We will celebrate her first birthday on July 15th. Archives
